| Exporting Procedure: 1. Consulting and Field Trip for checking goods If you have the intention to move abroad or  move back from abroad, we will send sales person to your place and provide  professional service to you free of charge.
 2. Authorization and Packing Once ensure our service, we will provide  contract a week in advance.
 Our staff will provide the most proper and safe  packing by using appropriate packaging materials and methods, according to  different shape and size of the object,.
 Meantime we will be having a professional  supervisor in field to communicate with you regarding making inventory, counting  actual packages and measurements of the goods. You will be requiring to fill  out the authorization letter, sign the customs documents and insurance declaration.
 3. Customs Declaration and Booking At port of departure, our professional  shipping operators will arrange customs declaration, inspection declaration,  and shipping space reservation for your personal items according to your list  of documents.
 According to contract agreement, clients need  to pay in advance before the goods departure.
 4. Customs Clearance and Delivery Your assigned salesman will follow-up the  whole procedure. Once the goods arrives the port of destination you will be  getting contacted the first minute.
 
 If you choose door to door service, when the goods  arrives to the port of destination, our long-term cooperated overseas agents  will help you to release the delivery order and arrange the customs clearance  according to the documents you provide. After the customs clearance is  completed, the goods will be delivered to your appointed place within a specified  time. We will also help you with unpacking, simply installation, relocation and  taking out the garbage once the job is done.
 5. Feedback and  After-Sales Service. After the delivery, customer service will  contact you by email regarding your service satisfaction. Your feedback is the  basis of perfecting our company. If you purchase insurance services, we will assist  you to deal with insurance claims together in case that you find any damage or loss  of the goods within 45 days after you receive the goods.
