Introduction of International Move Out Procedure

An assigned professional service personnel will be in charge your case since the start of consulting until the goods arrive to your overseas home safely.

1.Consulting
Please kindly contact us 10 ~ 15 days in advance, when the goods are ready and needed a shipping schedule. Our professional staff will come to measure the volume of the goods and the service will be free of charge. They will also arrange shipping schedule either by sea or air according to customer requirements, and answer concerned questions regarding customs regulations at the field. A detailed quotation will be sending to you within 2 working days.

2. Authorization
Once you ensured our service and quotation, we will provide contract for you to sign one week earlier than the actual moving date. We will also help you to do insurance declaration and make introduction of how to do customs clearance documents at POD. According to your requirements, we will prepare proper cartons for you to sort out your personal belongings. After having determined the date of shipment, please inform us two days in advance, we will arrange workers, vehicles and packaging materials to packaging to door, and make products inventory list, count actual quantity of packing at the meantime. You will be needing to fill out authorization letter, sign the customs documents. Then the goods will be arranged to send to the warehouse and do pre-customs declaration, afterwards the goods will be transferred to customs supervised warehouse to do customs declaration, booking, customs inspection, loading, shipping and other matters.

3.Packing
Experienced workers will arrive on time at you specify packaging location, and pack the goods according to your request. Those workers who have more than 10 years working experience will according to all kinds of shape and volume of the objects to provide the most proper and safe packing by using appropriate packaging materials and methods, The packaging materials we are able to provide are boxes, various specifications carton, container with hangers, bubbles, white paper, oil painting paper, pallets, wooden boxes, golf box, etc.

4. Business Operation( Customs Declaration, Inspection Declaration, Booking, Shipping Arrangement)
Generally speaking, the operation usually takes 3-5 working days at POL, please according to the actual circumstances of the shipping items to do consultation in advance and arrange the transportation issues. After the completion of packaging, we will handle the customs declaration, inspection declaration, all the sea/air shipping operations, documents preparation and other related work during the whole procedure.

5. Pick-Up Goods at POD
port transport, the consignee needs to pick up the goods by their own and we will provide relevance advice and suggestions. If it is a door to door service, our long-term cooperated overseas agent will get in touch with you, and assist you to release d/o, do customs clearance and arrange the delivery.

6. Delivery
On your behalf to do customs clearance, delivery, door to door service, relocation, unpacking, simple installation and take out all the garbage.
