Regulations of Packaging
(1) For packages of moving goods, the salesman has to review whether the outer packing is proper and suitable for moving during regular operation and transportation.
(2) For those improper outer packages, we will explain the possibilities of damage, shortage and also make clear the responsibility to clients. We will also giving advice to the clients regarding repackage, or our company can provide packages with reasonable costs.
Principle of Packaging
(1) Suitable for transportation – to prevent the moving objects from damages during transportation, also provide moisture-proof protection for the moving objects;
(2) To facilitate loading and unloading – improve the efficiency of loading and unloading operation, avoid rough handling;
(3) moderate packaging – choose the appropriate packaging materials, avoid unnecessary waste
(4) Packing in one – goods and packages combined closely without friction, extrusion and impact;
(5) Pay attention to the up arrow direction – to avoid inversion and offset;
(6) The combination of central line and gravity centre – to avoid the goods to be tossed and rolled in the process of transportation.
Classification of Packaging
(1) Clothes, shoes, home textile goods packaging
Packed in cartons will be suggested, in case there is shortage of those clothing, shoes, home textile goods which are not packed according to the regulations, the related responsibility shall be borne by the shipper.
(2) Packages for fragile and irreversible items
Fragile goods must be packed in strong packaging materials or cases, better off to fix the products in the centre of the packages with formed foam or paper angle or other cushioning material to prevent the products to move around, and a visible mark of "fragile" on the outer packages is required. Also a mark of upper arrow for those items cannot be upside down is also needed. The breakage of glass products and ceramic products during transportation will not get any compensation.
(3) Packaging of furniture and appliances
Disassembled furniture must be disassembled before packaging and transporting. The paint sides of the furniture have to be wrapped by cardboard package, and all corners need protectors. Electric productions need to be packed and by carton or wooden case completely without showing any unwrapped parts, otherwise there will be any compensation either..
(4)Packaging of piano
Packaging of piano is divided into two kinds, one is carton packaging and the other is wooden case.
(1) Carton is an economical way to pack which is suitable for short distance transportation with flat roads.
(2) wooden cases is more expensive, but relatively safer, more secure, suitable for long distance transportation.
(3) The above two methods must be chosen either way, a piano without packing or sloppy package will be refused to transport.

Packing Tips: packaging is a very important factor affecting the quality of transport, it can be done by shipper themselves, also can entrust a professional packaging company to do so. Packaging material of choice depends on the goods quality, the purpose is to provide the goods safe protection and support. Carton, corrugated cardboard, packing tape, bubble cotton, membrane rashin, foam board, wood, etc. are commonly used.
When you select to pack by your own, please read the following detailed instructions:

1. Books, clothes, quilts, bed supplies
Books will be required small but solid cartons. If the carton size is big, in the same packaging box, light (clothing) heavy (books) items need to be placed to reasonable collocation, to prevent the heavy box package breakage and easy for handling
The boxes need to be stuffed fully by such as toilet paper, paper towels, newspapers, small clothing. The boxes cannot have any space in there, the standard is no shaking voice and when pushing box seam the boxes will not fall off, in order to prevent collisions and damages during the transportation.
The cartons have to be sealed with tape at the end. If the cartons are heavier, to pack two layers of tape longitudinally and one layer of tape horizontally to help increase strength of the cartons, which shall effectively prevent the cartons to be fallen off during the transportation.
If the carton is not enough, for quilts and bedding suppliers can be used woven bag to pack. Please note that the two handles must be tied into fast knot after items packed in woven bags, to make sure the bags can only be moved, not lifted and also the zips shall not be opened easily. Afterwards to use tapes repeatedly winding tighten the packing to enhance the safety.
2. Kitchen supplies, cosmetics and other stuff
Most of the kitchen suppliers are fragile, for packing fragile items, a special treatment is needed. If it can be separated, it has to be packed separately, to wrap with foam package 4-5 layers firstly and then to wind repeatedly with tapes.
To cut the foam pieces into carton size and put them in the box, wrapped every piece of item by foam and put into the carton, filling newspapers in the middle, sealing with sealing tape, and finally make sure there is fragile logo on the outer packing.
For cosmetics packaging, box in box packing is recommended. The space between the original packaging and the outer packaging has to be filling enough cloth or cotton to be able to absorb liquid. Then wind adhesive tape on the seams of boxes with 2 layer and horizontally 1-2 layers, at the meantime 1 lay for each edge.
3. Furniture
Packaging of furniture can be divided into two kinds: one is detachable furniture, such as closet, bookcase, table, bed, etc., the other is undetachable furniture, such as sofa, chair, bedstand and shoe cabinet, etc
The former type needs an extra procedure which is to detach the furniture. Once the furniture has been detached apart, mark all the screws. Then packing each piece of the furniture by using corrugated paper, wrapped with foam, sealed with adhesive tape and fasten with stretch film.
4. Glass, frame and paintin
As long as the goods are packed appropriately, it can all be suitable for long-distance transportation. The glass panels of table, wardrobe, tea table, bookcase, and also frames and oil paintings need to be packed with foam and adhesive tape.
Slice the corrugated paper into two layers, put on foam block, then the objects, cover the object with foam blocks and 2 layer of corrugated paper, seal with tape and stretch file and mark fragile logo outside the packing. For tempering glass, it can be transported directly, for thinner common glass, a wooden frame protection will be necessary during transportation.
5. Electrical Appliances
For household appliances such as refrigerators, washing machines, TV sets, computers, please pay attention to the following steps:
1. wrap with foam
2. To cut foam block into proper sizes to protect appliance. The most fragile parts such as televisions screen and computer monitors need thicker foam protection;
3. To use thicker corrugated paper to packing outside the bubble, sealed with tape and fasten with stretch film.
4. At least two sides of the outer packing have to be marked by "do not press" tag;
5. Two separate items packed into one item is strictly prohibited.
6. Arts and crafts, antiques, lamps, precision instruments and precious fragile items
For precious fragile items, requires both soft and hard packing and all the packing should be suitable for the objects.
The specific way of making the packages is to wrap with foam layers, and wind with tape according to the actual situation of the item.
To cut the foam pieces into the size of wooden case and put them in the box, wrapped every piece of item by foam and put into the carton, filling newspapers, bubbles or clothes in the middle to fix the item, cover with foam on the top, and seal in wooden case. Finally make sure there is fragile logo on the outer packing.
